Online Purchases

If you change your mind about an item purchased online, you have the right to return it within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund:

  • Items must be in their original, unused condition.
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation).

To start a return, please email us at murray-motorsport@hotmail.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service, as returned goods remain the sender’s responsibility until safely received by us.

A restocking fee of £10 may be applied to returned items. This will be clearly confirmed during the return process where applicable.

In-Store Purchases

Returns for items bought in person at our Hilltown garage are handled separately and may be subject to different terms. Please enquire in-store for details.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or modified items
  • Electrical components once fitted
  • Consumables (e.g. oils, fluids) that have been opened
  • Items marked as non-returnable at point of sale

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. Items will be inspected before refunds are issued.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
